This policy describes the Sikh Puzzles mobile app published by Everythings 13, including the Android app com.basicsofsikhi.sikhpuzzles.

Information in the app

Sikh Puzzles works offline. The app does not collect, transmit or share personal information. It has no accounts, advertisements, advertising identifiers, third-party analytics, tracking or in-app purchases. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera or microphone.

Puzzle interaction and audio playback take place on your device. No gameplay information is sent to us. Uninstalling the app removes its local app data, subject to your device's backup and restore settings.

Children and families

The game is designed for children and families. It does not ask children to provide personal information, and has no chat or public user-generated content.

Contacting support

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use that correspondence to respond to your request and provide support. Please do not include sensitive information or children's personal details. You may request deletion of your support correspondence by contacting us.

App stores, devices and this website

Google Play, Apple's App Store and your device provider may process installation, diagnostic or account information under their own privacy policies and your device settings. That processing is separate from the app.

This support website has no analytics scripts, advertising or forms. Its hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and secure the website.
